RUSH MIXED (All maps) servers, where are they?

Hi,

I know RUSH is not very popular since you guys at DICE managed to ruin it even more than BF4's RUSH but still there is some of us still playing it and its a not a big work to replace some of the many empty RUSH servers with RUSH mixed ones and add quick play RUSH MIXED option...

As title say, when are we going to get RUSH MIXED (vanilla + dlc) servers?
